Return & Refund Policy – Balloon and Party Warehouse
At Balloon and Party Warehouse, we always strive to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition and meet your expectations. However, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and you may need to return products. Please read our returns and refund policy below for detailed information.
1. Faulty Goods
If any of the items you purchased are faulty, please contact us immediately at 01695 338388 or email us with the details. We may ask for photos or video clips to help identify the issue. If the product is confirmed faulty, you may return it to us within 7 days of receipt. We will either refund the item or send a replacement. If the product is found not to be faulty, we will notify you, and you can choose to either have the goods returned (delivery fees apply) or receive a refund, provided the product is in its original, resaleable condition.
When returning items, please include your order number and any relevant product information. We recommend sending items via a trackable method. Balloon and Party Warehouse is not responsible for any items lost in transit that we do not receive.
2. Change of Mind / Unwanted Goods
If you no longer need an item, you can return it within 7 days of receipt, provided it is unopened, unused, and in resaleable condition. A refund will be issued for items up to a maximum of £25.00 + VAT. For returns exceeding this value, prior approval is required, and a restocking fee will be charged—either £5.00 + VAT or 20% of the item value, whichever is greater. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable.
If you refuse delivery and the package is returned to us, a £15.00 + VAT charge will apply. We do not accept returns for printed balloons, seasonal products, or helium cylinders once they have been purchased.
3. Inflated Products
We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any inflated products once they have left our store, except in cases where a defect is present. In such instances, please notify us immediately, and we will investigate the issue and proceed accordingly.
4. Wrong Items Sent
If you have received incorrect items, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please contact us immediately with your order number, and we will arrange for the return of the incorrect items. The goods must be in unopened and resaleable condition. Once received, we will either send out the correct items or issue a refund. If urgent, you can place a new order, and we will refund the original order once the incorrect items are returned.
5. Non-Saleable Goods
We do not operate on a sale-or-return basis. Therefore, if items are ordered for an event or stock and are not sold, we are unable to accept returns.
