Helium Compact 50 Cylinder

I ordered online and paid extra for delivery the following week. Unfortunately, no tracking information was ever provided.

When I called, the staff were always friendly and assured me they would sort it out. However, nothing was actually resolved. I was never given updated shipping details or even confirmation that the order had been re-shipped.

I ended up calling every day because I needed the items for today. Despite repeatedly being told, "I've passed your details on," no one ever got back to me, and nothing was delivered.

It's really disappointing. While the customer service representatives were polite, the lack of communication, follow-through, and failure to deliver the order made for a very frustrating experience.
